Do you know other distributors that use Tagify?

Sharing lets you easily share brands, brand data and signs between any Tagify company account. This cuts down on everyone uploading the same graphics over and over. Just pull up the share library, search for what you need and hit download!

Here's what you can share:

• Brands
• Brand data (UPCs, package graphics, etc)
• Signs

Setup

Head over to your Sharing settings section. This is where you can send an invite to another distributor to share assets with.

The first thing you'll see is your share code:

This is the code you would give to other distributors so they can start sharing with you (or vice versa).

You can start a share request by:

• Switching to the Shares tab.
• Clicking on Request share...
• Paste in the other distributors share code.

Once a request is sent, the other company will have to accept it on their end by hitting the Accept link next to the request. You can also stop sharing by clicking Cancel at any time.

Worried about sharing? No need! Anyone you share with can only make copies of your brand logos and signs. They can not make any changes to your data whatsoever.

Brand sharing

Once you're sharing, you'll notice a couple differences. Header over to your brands list and you'll see it looks like this now:

You can upload a new brand from a file just like before, but now you can pick From share library. Here's an example of what you might see:

Let's say I needed to add an Ultra Lime Cactus logo but didn't have it on hand. Luckily, I checked my share library first and there it is! Simply hit the download button and you'll get that brand added to your list. Easy!

Sign sharing

Sign sharing works pretty much the same way as brand sharing above. You'll notice your new sign button looks a little different:

Let's see if we can find any Coors Light signs:

Yep! If we like any of these, just hit the download button and Tagify will do the rest. It will copy over everything about the sign (type, fonts, material, etc) so you don't have to do anything. Since it's your sign now, just edit it and make any changes you need. Super easy!

Brand data sharing

Brand data sharing works pretty much exactly like Sign sharing. Edit a brand you want to add data to and check out the Data tab. Click New up top:
